Service Contract
As members of the Funeral Directors Association of New Zealand, we have followed the Commerce Commission advice on our service contract. We apologise for the length and depth of this required document, we understand that it is difficult to process information when grieving. Please feel free to look at this contract and get advice before using our services. This is the document you will be asked to complete with us, as the executor or person paying the funeral invoice. Ask us to clarify anything you do not understand.
